🌟Day 1: Airport(Tbilisi)-Tbilisi

Arrive in Tbilisi. Meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel.

🌟Day 2: Tbilisi

Today, we'll discover the charm of Tbilisi, Georgia's capital. We'll wander through the city's historic districts, admiring the terraced architecture, colorful houses, and ornate balconies. Our tour begins at the 13th-century Metekhi Church, offering breathtaking views of old Tbilisi. 

We'll meander through winding streets, taking in the city's main sights, and enjoy panoramic views from the ancient Narikala Fortress (4th century). We'll also explore the historic sulphur baths, a iconic Tbilisi landmark.

🌟Day 3: Stepantsminda-Gergeti-Stepantsminda

This morning, we'll drive up the renowned Georgian Military Highway, which leads to the Georgian-Russian border. Along the way, we'll visit the 17th-century Ananuri architectural complex, featuring two churches and a fortress overlooking the stunning Zhinvali water reservoir. The intricate carvings on the churches showcase some of the finest examples of Georgian art. As we drive through the majestic Caucasus Mountains, the scenery will be breathtakingly beautiful. We'll arrive in Stepantsminda, the region's main town, and head to the Gergeti Trinity church. If the weather permits, we might catch a glimpse of Mt. Kazbegi's glacier, towering at 5,047 meters. Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure in Stepantsminda.

🌟Day 4: Stepantsminda-Mtskheta-Tbilisi

After breakfast, we'll drive to Mtskheta, the ancient capital and spiritual center of Georgia, boasting a rich history spanning over 3,000 years. We'll visit its iconic historical sites, including the 6th-century Jvari church and the 11th-century Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, where the Robe of Christ is believed to be buried. 

Both sites are esteemed UNESCO World Heritage sites. Following our visit, we'll continue to Tbilisi, where you can enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.

🌟Day 5: Tbilisi-Sighnaghi-Sagaredjo-Tbilisi

After breakfast at your hotel, we'll visit the charming 18th-century town of Sighnaghi, known for its cobblestone streets, balcony houses, and ancient city walls. Next, we'll head to a local family's home, where we'll enjoy a traditional Georgian lunch and participate in baking Georgian bread and making sweets like Churchkhela. 

We'll savor fresh produce from their garden and share a delicious meal prepared with family recipes. We'll also visit their traditional wine cellar, where the host's passion for wine shines through in the quality of the wine produced using ancient Kvevri methods, a UNESCO-recognized intangible heritage. After a wonderful day, we'll drive back to Tbilisi.

🌟Day 6: Tbilisi-Sadakhlo(border)-Gyumri

We'll depart Tbilisi and drive to the Georgian-Armenian border at Sadakhlo, where we'll go through customs and switch to a new guide and transport. From there, we'll head to the stunning monasteries of Haghpat and Sanahin, both UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Sites and prime examples of medieval Armenian architecture. 

After exploring these ancient complexes, we'll continue to Gyumri, where we'll enjoy a warm welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Gyumri-Echmiadzin–Zvartnots–Yerevan

🌟Day 7: After breakfast, we'll visit the Armenian Alphabet Monument in Artashavan, featuring stone carvings of the Armenian letters. The Armenian alphabet, created by Saint Mesrop Mashtots in 405-406 AD, has been used to write the Armenian language for centuries. Originally consisting of 36 letters, it remains a vital part of Armenian culture and identity, playing a crucial role in preserving the language and its heritage.We'll then head to Echmiadzin Cathedral, one of the oldest churches in Christendom, built in 303 AD. 

Next, we'll visit the UNESCO-listed ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral, a masterpiece of 7th-century Armenian architecture with breathtaking views of Mount Ararat.

🌟Day 8: Yerevan

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will pick you up for a tour of Yerevan. We'll start at Republic Square, a masterpiece by Alexander Tamanian, and then head to the Cascade Complex, an open-air modern art museum with stunning views of the city. We'll visit the Mother Armenia monument, Opera House, and Freedom Square, surrounded by parks and cafes. 

Next, we'll stop by the famous Yerevan Brandy Factory, where we'll get to taste some legendary Armenian brandy - and according to legend, Noah himself got his buzz on from the grapes of Ararat! Let's see if we can live up to his legacy. 😊

🌟Day 9: Yerevan-Khor Virap-Areni cave-Noravank

Probably the highlight of your tour! Today, we'll visit the breathtaking Khor Virap monastery, set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Ararat, where Noah's Ark is said to have landed. We'll explore the ancient Areni Caves, a 6,000-year-old settlement and archaeological museum. Next, we'll head to the 12th-century Noravank monastery, a remote and breathtaking cultural center.

And to cap off an unforgettable day, we'll stop by Tushpa Wine Cellar for a wine tasting. 

After returning to Yerevan, feel free to explore the vibrant city on your own - take a ride on the metro or stroll on foot. Don't miss the Vernissage market for some great shopping opportunities.

🌟Day 10: Yerevan-Garni-Geghard-Yerevan

Today we'll visit the village of Garni, home to the stunning Hellenistic citadel and pagan temple, built in the 1st century AD by King Tiridates. We'll explore the impressive ancient Armenian architecture and learn about its history.

Then, we'll marvel at the Symphony of Stones, a natural wonder featuring towering basalt columns that resemble an organ. The scenic Azat River flows through the gorge, adding to the breathtaking beauty.

Afterward, we'll visit Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site partly carved into the mountain. This ancient monastery is said to have housed the Spear that pierced Jesus during the Crucifixion.

We'll return to Yerevan in the evening, with some free time to relax.

🌟Day 11: Yerevan - Free day

Today's your last day in Armenia, and we'll make the most of it! Spend the morning doing some final shopping for souvenirs or gifts. If you're looking to unwind, why not treat yourself to a rejuvenating experience at a Wine Spa? Enjoy wine-based treatments like grape seed scrubs, wine baths, or wine massages, designed to nourish your skin and relax your mind.
